What is Womb & Fertility Massage?

Womb & Fertility Massage is a nourishing blend of modalities that, when combined, bring harmony and balance to the reproductive, digestive & sacral areas - but on a much deeper level reawakening and reconnecting women to their bodies, especially their womb.

Most women do not think of their womb until having children, or unless their cycles are painful and distressing. However, the womb is a powerful indicator of a woman’s health and general balance and fulfilment in her life, as well as a place where past trauma (emotional, physical, sexual) can be stored.

Womb Massage works on a physical, as well as emotional and energetic level to clear any blockages or misalignments from the digestive/reproductive/sacral areas, bringing harmony to the woman’s body in a holistic way.

I am currently offering reduced rates in order to complete my case studies.

Requirements:

-Seeking support for issues such as: painful/irregular menstruation, miscarriages, endometriosis, infertility, PCOS, fibroids, womb trauma, fertility, digestive issues.

-Minimum 3 sessions commitment

(75-90 minutes).

-A testimonial by the end of our sessions.

Exchange:

-Donation based, on a sliding scale £40-60;

I am open to other exchanges in the form of services of a similar value, help with content etc.

Please note, agreeing to work with me on a case study basis means I will track our sessions and share the findings and progress with my course supervisor. However, your name and other details will remain anonymous.

What to expect?

-Sessions will take place at my home in Lordshill, Southampton, in my little healing sanctuary aka the Rainbow Cottage at the back of the garden :)

-First consultation might take up to 120 minutes, in which we will have a cup of tea together and discuss your intentions/ concerns before commencing the body work

-There will be a consultation form you need to fill in prior to the treatment that I will email to you

-Contraindications:

  • Being on your bleed

  • Having a IUD/coil

  • 6 weeks post any major surgery

  • you are actively trying to conceive & post-ovulation.

-Please let me know prior if you have any allergies to any oils, incense, herbs. As well as any questions or concerns.
