Somatic Mentoring

Weaving a body-oriented and transpersonal approach, the wisdom of the natural world and compassionate coaching, I am here to support you and hold space through whatever process you are moving through.

  • Helping you understand the neuroscience behind your nervous system wiring and how certain experiences might have shaped the way you respond emotionally, and what happens physiologically in your body when certain stressful situations occur.

  • Through body-oriented enquiry practices, I will help you connect to your felt sense, learn the language of your body and start to listen to its wisdom.

  • The natural world is my biggest resource and teacher and has been our ancestors’ guide, companion and deity. Nature knows and embodies the concept of cyclical living and a rhythm that is innate and inherent to each being. I would love to share this precious resource with you and help you remember the ancestral and shamanic ways that can be so supportive to healing of the body, mind and soul.

  • I adopt a transpersonal lens in my practice - meaning I consider the ‘beyond the personal’ experience such as transcendental, spiritual experience, the soul, astrology. I am trained and have experience in psychedelic and expanded states support and I offer a non-judgemental space to discuss and integrate these experiences.

Introduction Call

A 30-minute call to discuss what you need help with and if the approach I offer is a good fit to your needs, as well as an opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

Somatic Mentoring Session

A 60-minute in-person or online session combining elements detailed above according to your needs. In-person session will take place at my Bedford place studio located in Southside Ink. Online will take place via Whatsapp or Zoom.

£60 per session

Somatic Mentoring Package

Package of 3 or 5 mentoring sessions, ongoing support via whatsapp and resources to support your process. Package can be tailored to your needs.

Somatic mentoring clients will also have access to discounted rates on bodywork.

£150 for 3 sessions package

£240 for 5 sessions package

Somatic Nature Session

An in-person session taking place in nature, at a place either chosen by you with personal significance, or a natural place that is in a convenient location to both of us.
